Our Civil Engineering team specialises in the design of infrastructure, including roads and drainage, and provides Flood Risk Assessments as part of our service. Our Architectural teams have the depth of experience and knowledge to assist, guide, and advise on design and implementation of schemes from single dwellings to large-scale mixed-use developments.
Our Expertise
Our team of experienced professionals, led by Colin Atterbury and Terry Seymour, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Colin has over three decades of experience in delivering residential and mixed-use projects, ranging from bespoke apartment blocks to large-scale developments. Terry, a Chartered Civil Engineer, has extensive experience in the design and delivery of Highways & Infrastructure projects, as well as providing whole-life project support services. Their combined expertise ensures that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Our History
Established in 2009, Rogers Cory Partnership Limited has evolved from the engineering department of Derek Homer Associates, which was originally set up in 1990. In July 2009, DHA Engineering Limited underwent a name change and expanded its scope of services to include Architectural Services. Today, we are a thriving consultancy, proudly serving some of the largest UK house builders and regional developers.
