Our Process
Our design process is based on the RIBA Plan of Work, a straightforward framework that ensures a smooth and efficient project delivery. We believe in collaboration and open communication with our clients, so we've broken down our process into six stages:
1. Preparation
At this stage, we typically allow for a few hours of free consultation to discuss the project's scope, budget, and timeline. We may also conduct site surveys and feasibility studies as required.
2. Concept Design
In this stage, we explore multiple design options to find the best solution for your project. We use 3D CAD models to visualize and explain our design proposals, ensuring that you fully understand and agree with theConcept Design.
3. Developed Design
Once the Concept Design is agreed upon, we develop the design further, incorporating feedback from planners and authorities, and preparing Lawful Development applications and/or Planning Applications.
4. Technical Design
With planning permission achieved, we prepare construction information in meticulous detail, ensuring that builders have all the necessary information to price and construct the scheme.
5. Tender & Contract
We can assist with procurement and tendering, working with builders to ensure that the chosen contractor has a comprehensive understanding of the project's requirements.
6. Construction
Throughout the construction phase, we maintain close communication with clients and builders to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
