Who We Are

Morse Webb Architects are a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Hampshire, with over 35 years of professional experience. We bring a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to every project, combining extensive experience with problem-solving creativity to delight and deliver on all our projects. Our friendly and expert team of qualified architects apply a simple and elegant approach to every project, from remodelling and restoring sensitive listed buildings, to creating the latest 21st century contemporary design.

Architecture & Design

We create buildings that are both modern and traditional, tailored to our clients' individual brief and responding positively to character and setting. Whether it's a major new development or a small refurbishment, we apply the same high levels of care and always work to exceed our clients' expectations.

Masterplanning

Our purposeful understanding of a client brief enables us to bring a clear and efficient overview to complex sites. We guide our clients through the issues and expertly tailor every Masterplan to individual criteria.

Project Management

We provide Lead Consultant services to deliver projects, including tendering, procurement, and contract administration. We work alongside an expert Project Consultant Team and undertake to meet agreed budget and programme.

Sustainability

The climate change emergency places significant pressures on the environmental performance of every building - both new and existing. We take a step-by-step approach and assess each project on its own criteria to determine the most appropriate strategy that delivers best value for our clients.

Health & Safety

We are committed to the duties required of us by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. All members of the Morse Webb team undertake regular CPD training to ensure their role on construction projects and related design stages are clearly understood and managed safely.

RIBA Plan of Work

For all project planning management, we follow the 2013 RIBA Plan of Work as it is a robust, industry-standard framework - evolved over many years to provide assurance and structure to the building design and delivery process.

Our Portfolio

We work across many sectors of the property industry which is reflected in our diverse architectural portfolio of experience. We bring the same level of creativity, project management, and technical design expertise to every commission, and have equal enthusiasm as an architect for a house extension as we do for building refurbishments, a new performing arts centre or master planning and urban design.
