Rees Architectural Services Ltd is a Pembrokeshire-based Chartered Architectural Practice, established in 2009 by Richard Rees BSc (Hons) MCIAT. Our practice is fully insured, licensed, and regulated to carry out architectural design and specification. We provide planning, architectural design, and construction detailing and specification services, with a main focus on domestic alterations, extensions, renovations, conversions, and new build dwellings.

Our Services

We can help you gain planning permission and building regulations approval for your project. Our team is skilled in preparing pre-apps, outline, full, householder, conservation area, and reserved matters applications amongst others. Our design team will work with you to create a functional, desirable, and cost-effective design solution, taking into consideration any regulatory or physical constraints. Once you have planning approval, we can handle your building regulations approval too, providing detailed construction drawings and specification that can also act as tender and contract documents.

Our Expertise

Our director, Richard Rees BSc (Hons) MCIAT, has academic and real-life construction knowledge as a construction manager and designs and specifies accordingly. He has vast experience of dealing with Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Coast National Parks, as well as projects as far away as London and Scotland. Richard has been working in the construction industry since 2002 and has worked on hundreds of successful projects, from simple householder alterations and extensions to multi-million pound developments.
