Our 70-strong team comprises chartered architects, designers, urban designers, technologists, graphic designers, and support staff, all working together to deliver exceptional results. From our directors to trainees, our team is committed to working together to solve problems through design.

Meet our Directors:

• Peter Morgan, Managing Director, is a chartered architect with expertise in traditional and classical architecture, retirement villages, care homes, and designing for dementia.
• Allison Osborne, Finance & Human Resources Director, oversee the practice's financial, corporate legal, and HR matters.
• Gary Rider, Design Director, specialises in urban design for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Trevor Wright, Design Director, leads the Portishead studio and brings extensive experience in senior roles within the industry.
• Mark Spiller, Technical Director, has a background in architecture and construction, ensuring that technical aspects are meticulously managed.
