After the scheme has met your approval, we submit the drawings to the local authority for planning approval. The planning submission fee is not included in our quote, but we ensure that the process is smooth and efficient.
Building Regulation Application
Once the planning application has been successful, we liaise with necessary consultants to prepare a full set of construction drawings and details for building regulation approval.
