Accreditation

We are an Accredited Planning Agent for North Lincolnshire Council, which means we pre-check our own applications, enabling planning approvals to be obtained in approximately 5-6 weeks instead of the normal 7-8 weeks. We cover all areas within a 40-mile radius of Scunthorpe, but we are prepared to look at any project anywhere in the UK.

Experience

We have been established since May 2004, but our team has over 40 years' experience within the construction industry. During this period, we have developed the wealth of knowledge needed to ensure that every project undertaken for our clients is completed to an exceptionally high standard. Most of our work comes from "word of mouth" referrals or repeat clients, giving us the confidence that our service level meets our clients' needs.
