Architecture and More Ltd was formed in 2010 by its Managing Director, Carl Turner, who has over twenty years' experience in architecture and the construction industry. Having started working life as a junior in a large Architectural practice in Hull, Carl qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1998. With extensive project experience ranging from large industrial buildings to domestic extensions, Carl has successfully developed a portfolio of national and international blue chip companies, regional and local companies, as well as private and domestic clients.

Carl has expanded his skills base to include Project Management and CDM Co-ordination, and is a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and a Corporate Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). He is also the holder of a 'Professionally Qualified Person' Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. This demonstrates his professional achievement and experience in the field.

Services

Aside from the normal duties of an Architectural Practice, Architecture and More can also provide Project Management and CDM Co-ordination services. The practice undertakes architectural work in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work, starting with Stage A (Appraisal) and working through the design and construction process to Stage L (Post Practical Completion). This includes feasibility studies, planning applications, building regulations, contract selection, and health and safety file drawings.

With a wide range of experience in various sectors such as industrial, residential, commercial, conservation, retail, healthcare, education, and leisure, Architecture and More is committed to excellence in design and service delivery. The practice works closely with its clients to identify their needs and develop a project brief that will exceed their expectations.
