TFA is particularly known in the high end residential sector for providing bespoke design services for luxury homes in prestigious neighbourhoods such as Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Mayfair. We believe in creating beautiful, liveable spaces which meet the needs of our clients while also preserving the architectural integrity and past grandeur of a building. Once a property is purchased, TFA will gladly assist clients in all aspects from obtaining the necessary planning permissions, execution of all architectural and building works, decorating the home with furnishings and fabrics, designing bespoke furniture as well as sourcing appropriate antiques and artworks. If requested, we will provide a complete turn-key service which includes fitting out the home with all essentials including stocking the refrigerator and bar, supplying bathroom necessities, ensuring beds are made up with fresh linens and that the home is filled with flowers.
