Our Services

• Design and Planning: We offer a free initial appointment to discuss your brief. Following this meeting, we will carry out a measured survey and produce some design ideas using CAD. Only when you are satisfied with the drawings, will we submit your proposals to the local authority for approval.
• Planning Applications: We have more than 30 years of experience in planning applications, so we can advise you every step of the way to ensure your application is successful.
• Building Regulations and CAD Services: We will prepare detailed drawings and submit applications, liaise with your building control department to gain approval. We can also submit applications to water companies for build over agreements.
• CAD Services: Even if planning and building regulations applications are not required, we can offer a drawing only service. All drawings are produced using AutoCAD software.
