Contour Architectural Designs

At Libre Solutions, we are an independent architectural consultancy and design practice serving all of Essex and the surrounding counties. Our mission is to provide a personal, dedicated service that offers something different to what you would typically receive from a conventional architect or online-only designers. We focus our attention on our clients, providing assistance throughout the planning and building regulation process. We undertake everything on your behalf, so you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that your project is being handled by professionals.

Our Locations

We have two physical locations, with a third coming soon, to provide our architectural services to the local community and surrounding areas. Our Head Office is situated in Colchester, just outside of the town center, at Lawley House, Butt Road. We chose Colchester for many reasons, not least because of the beautiful historic architecture throughout the area. Our Colchester Design Studio is located in the town center at 51-53 Head Street, and will aim to provide the same level of service to the local community and surrounding areas upon its launch in May 2024.

Our second Design Studio is located in Canvey Island, which we opened in February 2016. From this location, we have been providing planning services to the local area, with over 400 projects successfully completed in just five years. We also opened our eyes to the complexities of being located in the Flood Risk Zone 3a, and our expert architectural consultants have developed a specific wall construction for the area, ensuring that any new properties are constructed to a standard that ensures the safety of the residents should there ever be a flood.

Coming Soon

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening new locations in Chelmsford, Maldon, London, Romford, and Ipswich/South Suffolk in the near future. We believe that our architectural services will greatly benefit the local communities and look forward to serving them.
