About Our Directors
Ian Farrow, our Managing Director, has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry, with a wealth of knowledge in estimating, contract management, retail design, product design, architectural technical design, planning, and building regulations approvals. Ian is also well known within the CAD software industry and works with companies such as Autodesk, Bentley, and Solidworks to assist with product development.
Rex Howard, our Director, is an experienced architect and health design specialist with over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of small and large-scale schemes in both the public and private sectors. Rex has achieved many notable successes in major healthcare and mixed-use urban regeneration projects.

Disappointing Experience with the Company
The company in question has been accused of being unresponsive and incompetent by one of its customers, Lina Makneviciute. She claims that despite requesting building regulations drawings for her extension over 2.5 years ago, the company has yet to deliver the approved drawings. When questioned, the company's responses have been inadequate and slow to arrive. Furthermore, Lina is critical of the structural engineer hired by the company, claiming that he provided substandard calculations that didn't meet the council's standards, causing major delays and issues.
It's also alleged that the company's architect, Rex, was rude and blamed the client for the problems, despite the structural engineer being the source of the issues. As a result, the company has earned a bad reputation with the Southend council, and any future work done by them will likely be met with skepticism and mistrust.
On the other hand, another customer, Matt Hw, has had a positive experience with the company, praising their "fantastic ideas" and "great design" that led to a successful planning outcome.
