Conceptual Design Associates Ltd is an architectural practice based in Woking, Surrey. Since its inception in 2003, the company has rapidly grown, expanding its client base and establishing a reputation for providing high-quality design and technical expertise within a built environment, all within a given budget. With the ever-growing demands on our planet, sustainability and renewable energy are at the forefront of all our designs.

Our Aim

Our aim is to provide a high-quality, pro-active service for the private individual, established or first-time developer, and well-known organisation. We are committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction, regardless of the size or complexity of the project. With our broad range of experience in feasibility studies, town planning, building regulation, construction, and tender issue drawings for residential new builds, residential additions and remodels, mixed-use developments, and commercial buildings, we are well-equipped to handle projects of all scales.

Our Services

At Conceptual Design Associates Ltd, we offer a variety of services to ensure that our clients' projects are brought to life. From the initial conceptual design stage to the completion of the project, we provide the following services:

• Client Brief: Before the commencement of any design processes, we prepare a clear understanding of the client's requirements and aspirations.
• Digital Survey: A digital survey consisting of floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings is produced.
• Concept Design: This service is offered to establish the best use or potential for any given building or site that a client may have.
• Planning Application: Once the principle and scale of development have been established, detailed design drawings are prepared for Local Authority submission.
• Detailed Design: Once Planning permission has been granted, technical and very detailed drawings are produced for Competitive Tender, Local Authority Building Regulations, and warranty provider approval.
• Construction Phase: During the construction process, we offer an 'on-site' design supervision service, including weekly on-site meetings, the issue of Interim Certificates for funds release at each appropriate stage, a defects identification service, and the Completion Certificate.

Regardless of the size or complexity of the project, we work closely with clients, public bodies, local authorities, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
