Our Services

We provide a wide range of services to our clients, including preparation of a project design brief, developing concept designs through to planning drawings, planning applications prepared and submitted, building regulations drawings prepared and submitted, full working drawings prepared, 3D CAD drawings, measured surveys, planning consultancy, project management, interior structural reconfiguration and design, design and build co-ordination, principal designer duties, and party wall matters. We take great pride in the high standard of design and personal service we provide to our discerning clients, delivering projects across a range of sectors from extensions to new dwellings.

A great amount of consideration is given to our clients' requirements. However small or grand the design, we never lose sight of practical or budgetary needs or wants.

We also offer a building cost estimator, which enables our clients to generate an estimated cost for their building project. To use this simple fee calculator, clients can enter their proposed measurements and required selections from the drop-down boxes, which will then calculate an approximate estimate of the building cost excluding VAT.
