Thames Design & Build Ltd, a company established in 2011 by Rob Allison, is a premier provider of comprehensive design and build services for residential properties in South West London, Surrey, and the Thames Valley. With a solid background in construction, Rob started his career as an apprentice, honing his carpentry skills (City & Guilds) before pursuing a degree in Construction Project Management from Northumbria University. His academic studies also included Architectural Design and Technology, providing him with a unique blend of architectural and building expertise.

Our team consists of qualified, friendly, and reliable professionals dedicated to minimizing disruption during construction and maintaining clean, orderly sites. Our tradesmen are fully qualified, plumbers are Gas Safety Registered, and electricians are ECA Registered. We work closely with clients to help them navigate the complex world of planning and building regulations, producing all necessary drawings and structural calculations for approval.
