Poor Experience
Sadly, one customer, Scott Thompson, reported a poor experience. He stated that the company has likely shut down, as he was unable to get in touch with them via phone or email, despite trying for three weeks. He was disappointed, as he had read positive reviews in the past.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, three customers had excellent experiences with the company. Scott Fletcher, Stephen James, and Paul Hannent all gave the company 5-star ratings. They praised the company's use of natural materials, sustainable design, intelligent solutions, strong communication, and excellent customer care. They also appreciated the company's ability to deliver on their promises and found the designers to be knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Disappointing Dealing with Customer Service
Unfortunately, one customer faced difficulties when trying to contact the company. Scott Thompson mentioned that the office and mobile numbers were not being answered, making it difficult to get an update on his project.
