Rob Barnes, a Partner and Chartered Architect with over 35 years of experience, has a proven track record of successfully executing a wide range of projects for both private and public sector clients. His expertise encompasses all stages of the design and procurement process, with a particular skillset in conceptual design and adeptly navigating the local authority planning process. Rob has served as the lead consultant on multi-million pound developments, demonstrating his ability to handle projects of considerable scale and complexity. Since joining the practice as a Partner in 1998, he has played a pivotal role in steering the practice forward, developing and delivering high-quality architectural design services to a diverse clientele, encompassing both large and small-scale projects, longstanding and newly formed relationships. Rob's passion for architecture extends beyond professional realms. He is deeply engaged in the creative arts and crafts and enjoys actively participating in rugby union.

Phil Abraham, a Partner and Chartered Architect who qualified in 1999, brings to the table a wealth of experience in successfully delivering multi-million pound projects for both public and private sector clients. With proven expertise across all stages of project delivery, Phil joined the practice as a Partner in 2019. He prides himself on building strong and collaborative working relationships with clients and design teams, combined with an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service, meticulous care, and attention to detail to every project, regardless of its size. Phil derives immense satisfaction from collaborating as a team to create buildings and spaces that inspire joy and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them.

He believes that a successful outcome hinges on a strong understanding of the client's requirements and a shared vision for the project. Phil is a passionate supporter of animal charities and a devoted dog owner who enjoys exploring the south-west coast paths. In his leisure time, he follows Southampton Football Club.
