• Sketch Plans: Following an initial consultation to understand your specific requirements and aspirations, we will prepare outline suggestions for your project. These suggestions will encompass our proposed scope of services and may include a sketch drawing depicting the potential building design for your site. We will also provide you with our terms of business and fee scale for your review and consideration. We welcome communication through email or traditional letter correspondence.

Upon your agreement, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to delve deeper into your detailed requirements, allowing us to commence the development of initial design proposals.

Prior to this, a site survey will be necessary. The complexity and nature of the survey will be determined by the intricacies of your site and existing buildings, as well as the scope of your proposed development. Our team may conduct the survey ourselves, or we will engage a specialist survey company we have found to be reliable and cost-effective.
