Our services include full and partial services, allowing us to cater to a wide range of clients and projects. Whether you're looking to extend, refurbish, or build a new home, we're here to guide you through every stage of the process.

Full Service

Our full service includes managing every aspect of your project from conception and design, through local authority approvals and the tender process to on-site inspections and contract administration. This is ideal for clients who have never built anything before or prefer the peace of mind that comes with having a full service provided.

Partial Service

Alternatively, we can provide a partial service that includes design and local authority approval drawings. This is suitable for clients who have already found a builder and feel confident about managing them on site. For clients who are experienced with managing building work, we can provide just the planning and building regulations drawings for local authority approvals.

Fees

Our fees are calculated based on the construction cost of the project, with rough estimates ranging from 3% to 14% of the construction cost. For small or relatively complicated projects, our fees are generally between 16% of the construction cost or more. For larger projects with a straightforward content, our fees may be 3% or less. Please note that these are rough estimates, and our fees will be tailored to your specific project requirements.

Portfolio

Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from whole-house residential refurbishments to extensions, interior alterations, and replanning of spaces. We've worked on projects for Grade I & II listed houses, gardens, and outbuildings, incorporating sustainable energy measures and building control systems.
