ECD Architects Reviews
ECD Architects' management style and employee treatment have been called into question by some employees. Abusive Treatment: Some employees have reported experiencing bullying, intimidation, and abuse from senior technicians and colleagues. This behavior was allegedly tolerated and even encouraged by management, leading to a toxic work environment. In one instance, an employee reported being subjected to a campaign of bullying, which included aggressive comments, false accusations, and disciplinary action. The employee's mental health deteriorated significantly as a result, prompting suicidal thoughts and ultimately leading to the employee's departure from the company.
Positive Experience: However, not all employees have had a negative experience. Supportive Colleagues: One employee, Laura Boffardi, has had a positive experience working at ECD Architects, reporting that the company has always cared about her professional growth and has shown attention to her needs. She also mentioned that her colleagues are the best she has ever met.
