Case Studies

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor, gaining permission for a 'glass box' type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. We have also submitted a Class Q Prior Notification application to North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our clients for the change of use of an existing general agricultural building to a detached dwelling in rural North Yorkshire.
