Mowbray Design Architects specialize in the design of innovative one-off private residences, which often include swimming pool and garden design. We also have extensive experience in both housing and apartment developments, whether new build or refurbishment, and can provide complete interior design services.

Office / Commercial

Our lead Architect has been the project Architect on an extensive range of office and commercial developments over the previous 25 years, ranging from small-scale conversions through to major new build multi-storey 100,000sq.ft. city centre office schemes. We take projects from design inception through to successful project completion.

Industrial

We have experience in a range of Industrial developments, from small-scale trade centre units through to large-scale major distribution warehouses in excess of 500,000sq.ft. All projects are taken from design inception through to successful project completion.

Interior Design

Mowbray Design Architects have gained over 20 years of experience in Leisure Industry Design and undertake the Full Project Management and Interior Design of Bars and Restaurants. This includes the Leeds-Based Arc Inspirations Ltd., and we have assisted in the development of the Banyan, Manahatta, and Box brand concepts.

Heritage Projects

The lead Architect at MDA has extensive experience on Listed Building and Heritage projects, ranging from small-scale conversions through to major redevelopment projects. We have been appointed as Lead Architects for the comprehensive refurbishment and renovation of the Grade 2 Listed Grand Arcade, the second oldest shopping arcade in Leeds, built in 1897.
