Our Team

Our team of experienced architects is led by Charles Mador, a highly respected architect with a deep understanding of the relationship between buildings and the natural world. With over 30 years of experience, Charles has worked on a wide range of projects, from private residences to large-scale developments. He is joined by Lara Karady, an associate architect who shares his passion for designing spaces that harmonize with their surroundings. Lara has worked on numerous projects, including the design and management of the new mews development at Tremlett Mews.

The Ark/Y Arch Eryri

The Ark/Y Arch Eryri is a charity established by Charles Mador, with the goal of addressing environmental degradation in Snowdonia National Park in Wales. The charity's mission is to work with local landowners to create an "ark" of flora and fauna in a beautiful and wild area of the park. The vision is to create a network of linked habitats that will enhance biodiversity and create a stunning area of ecological diversity.
