Retrofit and Reuse

Almost all our projects over the past decade have involved working with buildings set in a historic context and in difficult planning boroughs. We have a particular expertise in dealing with new build, above ground or basement extensions and refurbishments of existing buildings in heritage landscapes, within Conservation Areas, or on Listed Buildings.

Teaching and Research

We are committed to supporting the next generation of architects and designers, and we have a lead design unit on the Masters programme at the Kent School of Architecture and Planning. We also engage in ongoing research and share our knowledge through publications and think pieces.
