We will also make the planning submission on behalf of our clients and keep them informed of progress.
Building Regulations Applications
Most projects require submission to building control at the local authority or a private inspector. We can advise on the best route forward and put together the application and necessary information.
Construction Information
More detailed drawn and written information may be required to help our clients choose the best builder or contractor for their project. We can prepare the drawings and specifications needed to obtain comparative quotes.
Project Management
We can oversee the building work and act as our clients' manager and advisor, providing a link between them and the builder. We can also advise on building contracts and the appointment of the builder.
