Our Story

Established in 2011, Studio Winter Chartered Architect is a trading name of CMARCHITECT LIMITED. Our Director, Chris Munson, RIBA PGDip(Arch)Cons, BA(Hons)Arch, RMaPS, has extensive experience in designing solutions that complement the site. Chris has worked on a wide range of projects, from private houses to large-scale commercial developments, and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of both private and public body clients.

Our Services

Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, from feasibility studies to full design and development services. We use the latest IT and CAD software, as well as traditional drawing and presentation techniques, to work efficiently on projects of any scale. Our practice is fully equipped with networked workstations running industry-standard design software, and our team includes qualified and support staff with a wide range of complimentary skills.

CDM Co-ordination

We also offer CDM Co-ordination services to clients whose projects are classified as "notifiable" under the CDM Regulations. This service ensures that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted, and that all relevant parties are informed and engaged throughout the project.
