We offer a comprehensive range of services, including Architecture, Feasibility Studies, Contract Administration, Surveying, Party Wall Surveying, Construction Design and Management (CDM) Coordination, Vehicle tracking using AutoTrack vehicle turn simulation programme, and Full site involvement. Additionally, we provide 3D visualisations, on-site management, and full drawing packages. Our team is registered with the ARB and RIBA, ensuring the highest standards of quality and expertise.
Our Portfolio
Our current portfolio consists predominately of healthcare, town centre retail, and residential projects, although we have also recently worked on conservation and education developments, all of which vary in size and complexity. Our clients include The Royal British Legion, The Royal Chelsea Pensioners, Greenwood Academies Trust, South Holland District Council, Peterborough Care, Country Court Care, Caron Group, RNIB, City of Peterborough, and many more.
Awards and Recognition
We have an impressive track record of awards and recognition, including the 2015 Pinders Healthcare Design Award for our work with The Royal British Legion, designing and managing their Care Home, Dunkirk Memorial House in Taunton, Somerset. We have also been shortlisted for an Award for our Care Home Maurice House in Broadstairs. Our commitment to excellence has earned us numerous awards and recognition, including the LABC Awards 2019, Pinders Healthcare Design Awards 2011, and more.
