Our practice was founded by Patrick Stimpson, a qualified Architect with over 18 years of experience in designing and delivering residential projects. Our Services
As a registered Architect, Patrick offers a comprehensive range of architectural services to cater to individual needs. Our services include design development, planning and listed building applications, building regulation packages, and construction advice. We also provide detailed tender drawing packages to help you obtain necessary approvals from statutory authorities, including Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent & Building Regulations.

From new builds to side returns, loft conversions, and extensions, we have completed over 150 residential projects in London and the South East. Our experience includes new build homes, garden rooms, terraced houses, and semi-detached homes, as well as garden extensions and rennovations.
