Looking Ahead

We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our development pipeline. We are happy to pay 2% introduction fees for non-retained agents who identify suitable sites. We are particularly interested in sites that meet the following criteria:

• UK-wide
• Minimum 0.5 acres to 15+ acres
• Prominently located within or adjacent to new, large-scale housing developments, on busy main roads or town / city centres
• Suitable for drive-thru, foodstore, hotel, care, or employment uses
