Our History

Tom Wade, the Director and Chartered Architectural Technologist, started fORM.Architecture as a side-project while working for large national Architects practices. With a background in Education, Commercial, and Residential schemes, Tom took the plunge in 2017 and dedicated himself to fORM.Architecture full-time. Since then, the practice has grown, and Tom has expanded his expertise to include larger residential and commercial projects as well as education schemes.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Feasibility Studies: We review the site and your ideas to explore what's possible, and work with trusted contractors to get indicative costs for the proposal.
• Planning Permissions: We undertake a survey of your property, if necessary, and work with you to create the information needed for a submission to the local planning authority. We'll act as your agent through the planning process to ensure the best possible outcome.
• Building Control: Once planning permission has been obtained, we'll work with you to finalise the specification and produce more detailed drawings and specification information to allow Building Control to assess the scheme. We'll act as your agent through this process and liaise with any other consultants as necessary.
• Construction: We can scale our supervision requirements to suit your needs, from an occasional visit to review works on-site all the way up to a full project management service through our network of consultants.
