Our Design Packages

• Basic Package: Includes initial site appraisal, preparation of client requirements, consultation with consultants, site surveys, preliminary design options, and final design proposal.

• Intermediate Package: Adds detailed planning applications, tender documentation preparation, and detailed design specifications.

• Full Package: Comprehensively covers all aspects of the project from inception to completion, including all services offered in the previous packages, plus construction drawing preparation and specification development.
