The Little Architecture Company is a chartered architecture practice based in Solihull, with a team led by Nicola Hopwood, a registered architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Building Regulations and Construction Drawings

We provide Building Regulations Drawings and can be appointed for full construction drawings subject to requirement and the nature of a project. Our team also has good relationships with local authority and private building control providers.

Contract Administration and Project Management

We offer contract administration and project management services, including tendering the project, advising on appropriate contracts, and reviewing the works as they progress on site. Our team has close links with reliable and skilled builders, engineers, and quantity surveyors to assist in bringing our clients' projects to life.
