Padgett White: Architects Limited was established in 2002 and has since grown to become a reputable practice with a diverse portfolio. Our team, led by Director John White, has over 15 years of experience in private practice. We have extensive experience in listed building applications, health and safety legislation, and building regulation requirements. Our expertise also extends to project inspection certification and contract administration.

As a RIBA Chartered Practice, we take pride in our membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects and our commitment to adhering to the highest professional standards. Director John White is an accredited RIBA Conservation Registrant and has the position of approved Quinquennial Inspector for several churches within the Diocese of Durham.
