Based in Altrincham, Cheshire, our five-strong team consists of two fully qualified interior designers and two fully qualified architects, all committed to projects ranging from 200,000 to 6 million plus. We pride ourselves on providing a personal service, tailored to each client's specific needs, and we're dedicated to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of architectural services, from initial design sketches and site layouts to working drawings, contract administration, and project management. We also apply and obtain consents from Local Authorities for Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations, and licensing. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, and we're experienced in working on a wide range of projects, including retail, leisure, and residential developments.

In the retail sector, we've worked on projects ranging from initial brand development and design for start-up businesses to fast-food chain refurbishments. Our experience in this sector is extensive, with previous projects for leading brands such as Marks & Spencer and supermarkets.

In the leisure sector, we've worked on a wide range of projects, including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, pool rooms, ten pin bowling alleys, hotels, and health and fitness centers. We're experienced in design, branding, new build, and refurbishment, and we've worked on projects that have varied from small-scale fit-outs to large-scale developments.

Our Experience

Our founder, David Kirkman, is a RIBA-qualified architect with over 30 years of experience, and our team has worked on a wide range of projects, from motorway services and nightclubs to health and fitness centers and hotels.
