With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I, Ben Whitby, have worked on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial and educational buildings. I have gained invaluable experience by working for various employers and have now developed my own architectural practice, specialising in home extensions, conversions, and new builds.

We provide a full design service for loft conversions, which includes a measured survey, discussing your requirements, and preparing design drawings. You can choose the level of service you require, and if needed, we can assist with applying for Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval.

Extensions

We offer expert advice on what is feasible and permissible under planning guidelines. Our full design service includes a measured survey, discussing your requirements, and preparing existing and draft proposed schemes to submit for planning permission. Our experienced team will also handle the submission process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Alterations

If you are planning internal alterations that are structurally complex, we can provide professional advice. We will provide working drawings with structural calculations prepared by our fully qualified Structural Engineer. We will also submit a building control application on your behalf to gain full approval before work commences.

New Builds

Our team of professionals has the expertise to design traditional and contemporary new builds.
