Our Team

Our team consists of experienced architects who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project we undertake. Each of our architects has a dedicated approach and passion for creating unique and memorable spaces. From humble huts to complex college buildings, we would love to bring our expertise to your project. Our team is made up of Jo Clark, Sam Edge, and Kasia Toloczko, each with their own unique approach to design and architecture.

Our Services

At Rocket Architects, we offer a range of services designed to meet our clients' unique needs. From design to delivery, we work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life. Our services include:

• Design: We take in the client's brief and create sketch designs for their approval. Once approved, we develop the design and apply for planning permission.
• Detail: We develop the design information to show how the building is put together, including all the information required for a building regulations application.
• Deliver: We go out for quotes for the building work, administer the contract with the chosen builder, inspect the build, and ensure any defects are put right within a year of completion.

Pricing and Costs

We understand that every project is unique, and our pricing reflects this. We offer a time-based charging system, with our architects charging at a rate of 75 per hour, excluding VAT. We also offer a fixed-fee pricing structure for certain projects. Other costs may include application fees, consultants, and VAT. All costs are clearly outlined in our Pricing Letter, which we provide to our clients at the outset.
