Only when you are happy with the solution do we make the relevant Council applications on your behalf, acting as your agent until the work is complete.

Planning Permission

Building Warrants

A Building Warrant is a detailed technical drawing and document that covers every aspect of the building work. It is valid for three years and the construction work should not start until the warrant has been approved.
