At The Ellerdine Partnership, we are a dedicated team of chartered architects in Shropshire, committed to delivering appropriate solutions to all of our domestic and commercial clients. With many years of industry experience behind us, we are well-placed to offer a range of services, from project management to extension planning. We are accredited by RIBA (Royal Institute of Chartered Architects) and APM (Association for Project Management), ensuring that you can rest assured that we have the technical skill and knowledge to provide you with a first-class service from start to finish.

What We Do

Our range of architectural services is available for both domestic and commercial clients throughout the UK. We are well-equipped to work on a variety of projects, including schools, development sites, timber frame and panelised houses, community buildings, galleries, theatres, academy colleges, local authorities, health centres, and many more.

• Planning: We aim to work closely with our clients to develop a brief that delivers in terms of appearance and function of the building, budget, and timing. Only after you have seen and approved initial sketches will the ideas be translated into detailed designs.
• Architectural Design: We produce high-quality design work that is both practical and sustainable, and we have an established reputation for securing Planning Approvals.
• Project Management: We are professionals who know the planning and development sector, its methods of organisation and standards. We can guide you through the various rules and regulations connected with planning and building, and if required, monitor construction through to completion.
• Sustainability: We have a genuine interest in producing sustainable design, from full-blown new Passivhaus design or to just trying to achieve a high energy performance within certain constraints such as working with existing building restrictions, Listed Buildings, and budget restraints.

Our Team

Our team includes:

• Jackie Bleach, BA(Hons) Kingston, DipArch RIBA, who specialises in sustainable and challenging projects which require close attention and a sensitive effective Planning approach.
• Chris Purves, APM, who has extensive experience in the construction industry and has worked on significant national theatres, concert halls, and art galleries.

Portfolio

Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects, including residential new build and extension design, barn conversions, Grade II* and Grade II buildings, restoration, and sustainable adaptation of existing buildings. We have worked on a variety of projects, including education new build and refurbishment, theatre design, community buildings, student halls of residence, agricultural buildings, and environmental design.
