At etc Design Ltd, we are an award-winning RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Wombourne, West Midlands. Since our establishment in 1998, we have been providing high-quality, tailored architectural services to private and public-sector clients. Our practice specializes in commercial offices, affordable housing, large luxury homes, and projects in the aviation sector. We are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the built environment while benefiting the end user and the wider community.

Our approach is centered around collaboration with our clients, combining their vision with our passion for design, knowledge of sustainable principles, and appreciation of the local context. This approach has led to successful projects with a range of clients, including Boeing, Oxford Airport, and Ricoh, among others. Our Services

We offer a full or partial architectural service, from feasibility to overall completion of a project, as outlined in the RIBA Plan of Work stages 0-7. Our services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, including the role of Architect/Consultant, Lead Designer, Project Lead, and/or Contract Administrator. We also undertake the role of Principal Designer, as required under the CDM 2015 Regulations.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced Architects and Designers who regularly engage with CPD and networking events to build on their existing knowledge and acquire new skills. Our Directors have led the team for over 20 years, ensuring a wealth of experience and attention to detail in every project we undertake.
