Phill Brady, Director: As the founder and director of Spruce Architecture, Phill has over a decade of experience in the architecture industry. With a background in Architectural Technology, Phill worked as a partner at a local architectural firm in Eastbourne before founding Spruce Architecture. Phill is dedicated to providing his clients with exceptional design solutions and is known for his attention to detail.
Ashley Phillips, Associate: Ashley studied Architecture and Environmental Design at Sheffield Hallam University and has worked on various projects in healthcare and education. Ashley is passionate about creating functional and unique living spaces and loves meeting new people to help them create their dream homes.
Mike Light, Associate: Mike studied Construction at GCSE and A-level, followed by a degree in Architectural Technology at the University of Brighton. With a background in party wall surveying, Mike is a practically-minded Architectural Technician who is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service.
Rob Threlfall, Architectural Designer: As a child, playing with Lego sparked Rob's interest in architecture. He graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Architectural Design and Management and completed a masters in Postgraduate diploma at Liverpool John Moore's University. Outside of work, Rob is a keen photographer and active player for Brighton and Hove Albion football club.
