We offer a comprehensive range of services, tailored to suit each client's unique project requirements. Our services can be divided into several stages, from conceptualization to completion.

Surveying

Our initial step is to conduct a thorough survey of the site and/or building to produce accurate drawings of the existing condition. For most extensions and alterations, we undertake this stage in-house. However, for more complex projects or larger buildings, we may engage the services of a specialist surveying company. This will be discussed in an initial meeting with our clients.

Design Development

Once the survey information is gathered, we can create scheme proposals that meet our clients' brief. Some clients have a clear idea of their requirements, while others may be seeking more creative ideas. Our experienced designers can help with both.

Planning Applications

Once the design is agreed, we submit the planning application on behalf of our clients, acting as agents. We complete the necessary application forms, submit them, and follow through the process.

Working Drawings

Upon receipt of a relevant planning approval (if required), the next step is the preparation of detailed working drawings. These drawings are useable for contractors' quotes, construction guides, and building regulations full plans approval. This stage may also involve the services of structural engineers and other consultants, such as party wall surveyors and energy consultants.

Building Regulations Applications

Once the working drawings are completed to a sufficient level, we submit the building regulations applications on behalf of our clients to ensure the project meets current standards and regulations.

Other Services

In addition to the above services, we also offer additional support, including aftercare, which can be discussed and agreed upon on an individual basis.
