We are a small, customer-focused architectural practice comprised of two directors, Rob and Chris. With over 30 and 20 years of experience respectively, we bring a unique blend of design expertise and practicality to every project. Our aim is to help our clients create a building that suits their needs, from a simple extension to a complex commercial venture.

Our director, Rob, is a fully qualified architect with an impressive track record, while Chris, our other director, is a fully qualified architectural technologist with a wealth of experience.

Planning permissions: We have a strong understanding of the complex planning system, with experience in town centers, rural areas, greenbelt, and brownfield sites. We have also worked on larger developments, ensuring co-ordination is maintained throughout the design and planning process.

Building regulations: We produce detailed building regulation drawings and work closely with Local Authority Building Control and private building inspectors to ensure our designs are carefully considered and readily constructed.

Detailed design: We can produce fully detailed designs and specifications, co-ordinating with all relevant parties to ensure our designs are carefully considered and above all, readily constructed.

Detailed tender packages and work schedules: We can produce detailed tender packages and work schedules, carrying out site inspections and working alongside our clients through to completion.
