Costs and Fees
The cost of our services depends on the level of support required throughout the project lifecycle. Our fees are typically split into three phases:
- Planning permission: 1,500-2,500
- Construction and tender: 2.8-3.5% of construction cost
- Site project management: 2.6-3.5% of construction cost
