Design Brief

If you're unsure about where to start, we recommend creating a design brief. This involves listing what you do and don't like about your current property, any hotels or places you've visited that you admire, and considering what you would like to achieve with your new design. This helps ensure that there's no misunderstanding between you and your architect at the design stage, reducing the need for redraws and delays in submitting your plans to the Local Authority for approval.

Our principal, Stuart Palmer, has a wealth of experience, having worked on prestigious projects such as Heathrow Terminal 5 before setting up FOD Architects. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
