Our Services

Our services encompass a wide range of projects, from new-build houses across the UK and abroad to extensions and remodelling of existing buildings. We have extensive experience working on period properties, combining restoration and conservation of original features with contemporary extensions at the rear. We understand the importance of seamless connections between old and new, ensuring that our designs blend harmoniously with their surroundings.

New Build Houses

We have a wealth of experience designing new build houses across the UK and abroad. Our expertise spans projects on small urban plots with tight planning constraints to spectacular plots in the countryside, often in Green Belt or Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our new-build houses feature flowing, integrated living/dining/kitchen spaces, double or treble volumes, top-lit atriums, and spectacular staircases.

Extensions and Remodelling

Our core work is extending and remodelling existing buildings. We have extensive experience working on any building type, from 15th-century Listed buildings to 1970s town houses. On period properties, we combine restoration and conservation of original features with clean, open-plan contemporary extensions at the rear, ensuring a seamless connection between old and new.

Our Team

Our team of professionals is led by Design Director, Peter Thomas de Cruz, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Peter completed his architectural training at the University of Nottingham and has worked on a wide range of projects, from commercial developments to residential designs. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects and the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland, among others.

We are proud to have a talented and dedicated team, including Katy Hickson, Associate and Project Architect, who has a master's degree in architecture and extensive experience working on conservation and Listed building projects.
