Starting as Land Agents specializing in rural property matters, PJSA has developed over the past 20 years through clients' demands for an independent property and design service to cover every aspect of rural, agricultural, and commercial property, including architecture and construction. Our team is led by Peter Smith, a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Peter is supported by a team of experienced professionals, including Charlotte Cates, our Property Manager, and Josh Mears-Smith, our Director and Chartered Architect.
