Praise
Several months of working with Stephen and Grant at Buttress have been thoroughly enjoyable, with Jenny McCabe awarding the company a perfect 5-star rating. The customer has been "delighted with their service" and would highly recommend the company to others.
Constructive Criticism
On the opposite end of the scale, Truly Virtuess has had a very negative experience with Buttress. The reviewer had a poor interaction with the receptionist, stating that the person was "rude" and refused to let them speak to someone else. The situation escalated to the point where the receptionist hung up on the customer.
