Mark Wilson, the 5-star reviewer, described the firm as excellent and inspirational, taking over a difficult new build project and meeting the brief while overcoming planning obstacles. He praised the firm's dedication and professionalism, stating that without them, the project would not have been achieved.
Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, David Towler, the 1-star reviewer, had a disappointing experience with the firm. He found them through the RIBA's Find an Architect service and was initially impressed with the first meeting. However, the firm failed to meet their own deadlines for initial drawings and ignored vital parts of the brief. When revised plans were finally provided, they again ignored important details, leading Towler to discontinue their services. He was charged 80% of the fee for their services despite the firm's shortcomings.
