Who We Are
Consarc Architects is a niche architecture and client advisory practice, formed of a group of talented, qualified international architects, designers, and technical experts who have worked together for many years. We are led by Liz Pickard, an accredited RIBA Client Adviser, who has worked with many clients in the private and public sectors. Liz is also an esteemed teacher, having taught at the University College London Bartlett School of Architecture as Module Director on the postgraduate course.

Major Milestones
We are thrilled to announce that the proposed development of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) UK HQ within the University of Reading's Whiteknights campus has been granted planning permission in February 2024. We have been alongside the ECMWF on their journey towards a modern collaborative work space.
