Architectural Excellence and Professionalism
Vision Mill Architects received an impressive 5-star review from Felicity Copp, whose Grade II Listed home in Cheltenham was converted from five flats to a single dwelling with their help. The team submitted numerous planning and listed building applications, detailing drawings, and handled the planning process efficiently. Their outstanding design ideas, communication skills, and management of the design team impressed Copp, resulting in a beautiful family home. Highly recommended.
Disappointing Experience and Red Flags
On the other hand, Soble Homes gave Vision Mill Architects a dismal 1-star review, detailing a range of concerns. They experienced difficult communication, incorrect invoicing, and a lack of transparency. The company's founder, Nick, was said to be evasive and pushy, requesting immediate payment for outstanding invoices. Soble Homes also accused Vision Mill of having no office, poor project management, and being more interested in collecting payments than delivering quality services.
